Thank you for choosing Harmony Bites. To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, please review our reservation cancellation rules below:

Reservation Confirmation
All online reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests may receive confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Cancellation Notice
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge at least 2 hours before the booking time.
Late cancellations may affect future reservation priority.

No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time without prior notice may have their table released to other customers.
Repeated no-shows may result in restriction from future bookings.

Reservation Amendments
Changes to reservation date, time, or number of guests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

Large Group Reservations
Reservations for large groups or private events may require advance deposits or special cancellation terms.

Peak Hours & Public Holidays
During weekends, public holidays, or special events, reservation holding times and cancellation policies may be stricter due to high demand.
